Excellent tool for fasting

You can fast to lose weight, to accelerate a cleanse by engaging autophagy, or to mitigate blood pressure and blood sugar. The greatest reason is that we are called by God to fast. This app allows me to keep track of time and respect Matthew 6:16-18. The best part other than that is that it runs in the background and doesnt drain the battery.
