Love it!!! Very inspiring - even if I skip a fast - dont fast at all- I can still use the charts and graphs created/tailored to my specific current/start height & weight along with my diet/exercise regimen-because the app will then create instantly a projected due date - graphs of all sorts you can either acknowledge or ignore that will show you when youll reach your wanted goal weight by simply inputting your weight-daily or weekly whenever- itll display your efforts or lack of - keeps me on track by seeing where I am and where I want to be - and knowing that if the lines and numbers arent moving - means I need to switch things up- app charts everything pertinent to reaching your goal-a visual "report card" showing you exactly how your hard works paying off - breaks down everything - its just awesome- try it- if your not impressed its as easy to delete as it was to download ;) Stormy
